On-Trail Adventure Travel and Tours was founded by Louie "Kray" Reario-Cielo together with friends and young individuals from different walks of life, but have the same passion and love for nature and adventure. Together, they formed and established On-Trail Adventure as one of the leading Travel and Tours agency in the Bicol Region that caters almost anything under the sun.
